Role summary
We are hiring a hands-on leader who brings people together and closes deals. You will own growth, partnerships, revenue, and program delivery while building a small, high performing team. The role suits an entrepreneurial operator who enjoys turning relationships into concrete outcomes and who is comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities

Own P&L and build sustainable growth across memberships, sponsorships, partnerships, and programs

Lead business development end to end. Build and manage a qualified pipeline, shape proposals, negotiate terms, close, and drive renewals

Grow and engage the founder and investor community. Curate quality deal flow and relevant introductions that lead to traction and funding

Scale programs and events for founders and investors. Define content, speakers, calendars, and success measures. Deliver operational excellence onsite and online

Implement core operating systems. CRM and partnerships pipeline, playbooks, budget management, and reporting with clear monthly targets

Represent the organization on stage and with media. Be a credible voice for womens entrepreneurship in Spain and across Europe

Work with founders and the board on strategy, new revenue lines, and regional expansion
What you bring

8 to 12 years across venture building, accelerators, ecosystem development, or B2B partnerships

Proven track record closing 5 or 6 figure sponsorships or partnerships with clear examples

Strong network in the Spain or EU startup and investor ecosystem, with the ability to open doors fast

Community builder mindset with commercial ownership and a focus on outcomes

Operational rigor and comfort running lean teams and multiple workstreams

Excellent communicator in writing and on stage. Fluent English. Spanish strongly preferred

Nice to have. Program and event production experience. Familiarity with gender smart investing
Success in 12 months

Revenue and partnership targets hit with multi year renewals

Membership, program attendance, and investor engagement growing month over month

Robust founder and investor pipeline with measurable intros and closed rounds facilitated

Flagship events with high NPS and repeat sponsors

Team operating on clear playbooks with reliable reporting and cash discipline
Compensation
45,000 gross base salary. 10% phantom equity with standard vesting, giving you meaningful ownership in the upside you help create.
