Position Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in branding, materials management, and print production.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of branding principles and print production processes.
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers.
  • High level of organization and ability to multitask.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Sound financial understanding to manage budgets and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of branding and printing materials from approved vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Oversee storage, organization, and inventory levels of branding materials.
  • Ensure all materials align with company branding guidelines; coordinate updates when required.
  • Manage the distribution of materials to internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality checks and address any defects or inconsistencies in branding materials.
  • Generate regular reports on material usage, costs, and inventory for management.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to branding and printing, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Coordinate both digital and offset printing jobs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
  • Support accurate tracking and processing of quotations, invoices, and LPOs, including follow-ups on payments.
