Position Requirements
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in branding, materials management, and print production.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of branding principles and print production processes.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers.
- High level of organization and ability to multitask.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Sound financial understanding to manage budgets and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of branding and printing materials from approved vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee storage, organization, and inventory levels of branding materials.
- Ensure all materials align with company branding guidelines; coordinate updates when required.
- Manage the distribution of materials to internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Conduct quality checks and address any defects or inconsistencies in branding materials.
- Generate regular reports on material usage, costs, and inventory for management.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to branding and printing, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate both digital and offset printing jobs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
- Support accurate tracking and processing of quotations, invoices, and LPOs, including follow-ups on payments.
