Job Overview:
our client is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of their fine dining establishment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, uphold the highest standards of service, and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.
A strong understanding of food and beverage
operations, team management, and customer satisfaction is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH)
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
Effectively manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring proper coverage and
productivity
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
Forecast inventory needs and oversee procurement of food, beverages, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times
Uphold and enhance the restaurants brand image and reputation
Develop and implement promotional strategies and local outreach initiatives to attract and retain clientele
Identify marketing opportunities, including digital campaigns, social media
engagement, and in-house events
Train and onboard new hires, and maintain continuous development for existing
staff in service excellence and restaurant procedures
Implement and maintain operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for long-term success
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality
Manager in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, with the ability to recommend
pairings and explain menu details
Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L
management
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
