We are expanding fast and are looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and be based in Bangkok.

The role will focus on identifying talented employees to join one of the leading real estate portal across South East Asia.




You'll be responsible for providing a magical candidate experience, from the first hello to the first day.

You will own the full cycle of entry level and middle management roles.

You'll provide Recruiting systems support (we use Manatal) and be responsible for maintaining accurate candidate tracking.

You'll actively help develop and improve Recruiting processes, in collaboration with the People & Culture Director, to ensure workflows are intuitive and easy to understand for all users, and leverage technology to automate.

You will help schedule candidates for both phone and on-site interviews as needed.

You'll meet on a regular basis with other Managers to formulate job descriptions and interview processes, pipeline updates, and other strategic initiatives related to hiring for their team.

You will prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity.

You will be part of the people & culture team & support with different areas such as benefits administration, employee relations & welfare.



This isn't your first recruiting rodeo! You have at least 2 years of full-cycle experience (from source to close), preferably in house.

You will have also a strong background in HR and good understanding of how it impacts the business.

You will be fluent in English.

Communication is one of your most salient strengths. You are proactive, clear, and compelling in your written and oral communication.
