What Youll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of your assigned department(s), ensuring alignment with organizational goals

• Develop departmental objectives, standards, and goals supporting the strategic plan and vision

• Lead staff relations including performance management, recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and conflict resolution

• Oversee regulatory compliance, budgeting, contracts, and vendor relations

• Evaluate and justify system, equipment, and supply needs while monitoring usage and maintenance

• Coordinate patient care quality and collaborate with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments; provide direct care as needed

• Foster a professional environment encouraging growth and integration of evidence-based clinical practices

What You Bring:

• Current RN license in Michigan

• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience

• At least 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
