• Collaborate with registered nurses and healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions.
• Assist in the supervision and training of nursing assistants.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the development of care protocols.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Current and valid LPN license in the state of employment.
