Location: Baltimore, MD & Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $20.00 $25.00/hour | Weekly Pay

Position Overview
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/GNA) to join our care team. As a Care Partner, you will play an essential role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Support with Instrumental ADLs (IADLs) including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.

Provide companionship and emotional support, encouraging engagement and independence.

Assist with safe mobility and transfers inside the home.

Provide medication reminders and assist with other tasks as directed by the clients plan of care.

Observe, document, and report changes in client condition, mood, or environment to the supervisor.

Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment at all times.

Follow client confidentiality standards and all state and agency regulations.
Qualifications
-
Active CNA or GNA certification in Maryland (required).

Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience in a senior care or healthcare setting.

Current CPR/First Aid certification and up-to-date TB testing (as required).

Clear criminal background check and two verifiable references.

Ability to follow written care plans and document care provided.

Reliable transportation to reach client homes.
