Junior Analyst

Job Description 

• Provide support to Business Analysts in executing client projects related to consulting, market research, and/or BPO work execution 

• Conduct end-to-end data gathering, perform insightful analysis to develop presentations on the so-what recommendation for client deliverables 

• Support team in other capacity such as business development and internal firm-building activities, including but not limited to, prepare research dossier and potential clienteles 

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 

Key Qualifications / Experience 

• Sophomore, Junior or Senior Undergraduates pursuing Engineering / Economics / Business degree with min 3.4 GPA.

• Having a growth mindset and problem-solving skills, energized to discover new things and find the way to clear up various issues. 

• Strong communication and English proficiency (both oral and written) 

• Candidates must be able to produce results in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment 

• Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills with basic functions. Having Microsoft PowerPoint experience would be a plus 

• Commit to work as a full-time intern, 40 hours/week.
