Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Keyer to join our team on a full-time basis. The Data Entry Keyer will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from home inspection reports into our database. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data from home inspection reports into our database accurately and efficiently

- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data

- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

- Communicate with home inspectors to clarify any unclear or missing information

- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered

- Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by the company

- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and procedures

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry keyer or similar role

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of home inspection terminology is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week. The Data Entry Keyer will be expected to work during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. The contract duration is open-ended, with the potential for growth within the company.
