, 40 hours per week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Dream Home Inspection LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Information Processing Clerk to join our team. As an Information Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and managing all incoming and outgoing information for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort incoming documents and information, including emails, faxes, and physical mail
- Enter data from various sources into our company database accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update company records, including client information and inspection reports
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of information
- Prepare and distribute reports and other documents as needed
- Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all information processed
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data entry
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or information processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
