Work from Home

• This role is 100% remote for U.S. residents who can work Pacific time hours.

• You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace, reliable highspeed internet, and a headset; we provide an equipment allowance to get you set up.

About the role

As a Remote Tax Solutions Consultant, you will guide prospects from first call to enrollment in our resolution and advisory programs. You'll uncover the why behind each clients tax problem, design the path to relief, and inspire them to take action.

How you'll be rewarded

Base pay

$18 per hour (40hrs/week)

Commission

Uncapped. Typical performers earn $3k$7k/month; top performers$120k+/yr OTE

Bonus

Weekly and quarterly SPIFFs for hitting stretch goals. A SPIFF is a short term, highly targeted cash or prize bonus that sits on top of a salespersons regular commission and base pay. A quarterly SPIFF simply means the incentive is measured and paid once every three months, rather than weekly or monthly.

Your income is limited only by your consultative selling skills and the energy you bring each day.

What you'll do

• Client consultations: Lead discovery calls to diagnose each taxpayers situation, goals, and obstacles.

• Program design & recommendation: Analyze IRS transcripts, prior returns, and inhouse financial models to match clients with the right resolution strategy.

• Own the sales cycle: Respond to inbound leads, make outbound follow ups, manage pipelines, and close agreements keeping momentum high and the experience seamless.

• Empathy & advocacy: Explain complex tax concepts in plain English so clients feel confident and empowered.

• CRM precision: Document every touchpoint and financial detail in HubSpot for flawless handoffs to our resolution team.

• Performance mindset: Consistently exceed daily activity metrics and monthly revenue targets; embrace coaching and peer collaboration.

The best part of my job? Hearing the relief in a clients voice when they realize there's a plan. 

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of success in remote phone sales, teleconsulting, or inside sales

• High volume outbound call experience and the stamina to stay upbeat on your 50th dial

• Polished verbal & written communication; you can simplify IRS jargon for anyone

• Tech savvy with Google Workspace and CRM platforms (we use HubSpot)

• Self starter who thrives on KPIs, deadlines, and minimal supervision

• High emotional intelligence -able to build trust and handle sensitive financial conversations

• Organized multitasker who can juggle follow ups without dropping details
