Compensation & Benefits

• W2 Employment: Full-time, stable position

• Pay: $1,890–$2,200 per week, based on performance and load volume
  (Equivalent to $98,280–$114,400 annually)

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home

• 
  Freight Type: Dry Van – 100% Driver unload required

• 
  Operating Area: Regional routes within Buffalo, NY Rochester, NY Pittsburgh, PA, West Virginia, Detroit, MI Entire state of OH

• 
  Equipment: Assigned late-model trucks equipped with APU and inverter

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle within DOT regulations

• Transport dry van freight with 100% driver unload

• Operate on consistent, regional routes

• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Maintain accurate ELD records and other required documentation

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A License

• Minimum 12 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years

• Must pass DOT drug screen and background check

• Physically capable of unloading freight

• Strong work ethic and safety mindset
