Business Support Officer
Job Description:
Concept Care is a Southwest Sydney Based NDIS service provider that puts people with disability at the heart of everything we do. We have provided sector leading disability support to participants across Sydney and beyond.
Due do our esteemed reputation in the community, we have seen significant growth over the last 4 years and now need a Business Support Officer to assist with daily administrative and HR tasks .
Concept Care is a trusted name in Disability Care and is one of the quickest growing providers in the region.
About the role
The Business Support Officer will work closely with the Client Care Team and the HR team to provide administrative support.
Your duties will include but not limit to:
Customer Service: Assist with all incoming phone calls and email enquiries
Record Keeping: Have attention to detail and accuracy to ensure client records are maintained and up to date
Human Resources: Provide assistance to the HR team with reference checking and gathering compliance information

About You
- Some NDIS exposure and experience;
- Be able to multi-task;
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills;
- Great customer service skills
- Advanced Microsoft office skills; and
- Incredible client service skills.
