ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent for fit-out projects.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed per approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to resolve design or construction issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, site instructions, and variation orders.
• Supervise and inspect installation works including partitions, ceilings, finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.
• Collaborate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials as per specifications.
• Assist in project planning, cost control, and resource allocation from the contractors perspective.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong site experience with a solid background on the contractor side.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, construction methods, and finishing standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and other project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
