TECHNICAL ENGINEER - CIVIL

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical reports, documents, and submittals for client submission.
• Develop and review material submittals, method statements, and risk assessments in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to track material delivery, maintain logs, and ensure timely site availability.
• Prepare site progress reports, monitor daily activities, and provide status updates to project management.
• Oversee site coordination to ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and schedules.
• Manage and follow up with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and installation of works.
• Prepare testing procedures and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Submit inspection requests for material delivery, installation, testing, and project handover.
• Compile handover documentation, including design files, test and commissioning reports, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and training materials.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within infrastructure or pipeline projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in O&M procedures, project documentation, and construction methodologies.
• Proven ability to prepare and manage technical submittals, reports, and project logs.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and client handover requirements.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
