Our client is guiding organizations through their ERP transformations such as the migration to SAP S/4HANA ahead of ECCs end-of-life, a complex transformation that raises questions about business justification, tangible benefits and optimal roadmaps considering the implications on overall architecture and alternative solutions and platforms.

To meet their clients growing demand, our partner is expanding their Enterprise Solutions team. As a consultant affiliated with Enterprise Solution, you will work together with technology team and strategy experts on local and global projects, bridging their deep technical know-how with strategic insight. You will develop superior, business value driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts and roadmaps and apply your sound technical and functional process-related understanding to deliver high-impact outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support clients through end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs (covering CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing), from their strategy such as business case and roadmap definition, business processes definition, technical reference architecture design, solutions and implementation partners selection, to implementation governance and quality assurance.
  • Introduce "best practices" from business requirements specification to solution implementation, to minimize one-off customizations and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Contribute to the enterprise solutions chapter with our client by sharing your expertise (e.g., attending the most relevant conferences and events, research and experiment with the latest tech including GenAI, author innovative articles)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: An above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field (strong academic performance preferred)
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience driving enterprise solutions transformation programs in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning or Manufacturing (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
  • Functional knowledge: Solid grasp of typical end-to-end business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire) and their implementation
  • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS-OIL), addon (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM) And analytical tools (e.g., SAP, BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom)
  • Soft skills: Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills, eager to learn and improve, with intellectual agility and proven ability to align diverse stakeholders with a common goal, exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, strong client focus and results-driven approach
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic skills are a strong plus)
