LANDSCAPE BIM ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed Landscape BIM models using Revit in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Prepare accurate BIM drawings, schedules, and 3D visualizations in line with project standards and specifications.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure design intent is fully captured within the BIM environment.

• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve design conflicts.

• Support the production of construction and tender documentation for large-scale landscape and urban design projects.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Landscape BIM Modeler within design consultancy firms.

• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks, with strong expertise in BIM modeling and coordination.

• Proven experience in large-scale projects across the UAE/GCC.

• Strong understanding of landscape design, detailing, and documentation standards.

• Currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
