ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM / Procurement Senior Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain and Procurement solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions while ensuring best practices and process efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Consulting & Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM and Procurement modules
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure Oracle applications in line with business needs and industry best practices

Procurement & SCM Expertise

  • Manage and implement modules such as:
    • Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management)
    • Inventory Management
    • Order Management
    • iProcurement / Self-Service Procurement
  • Optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Supply Chain processes

Solution Design & Integration

  • Design functional solutions and support system integrations with Finance, Logistics, and other enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, extensions, and data migration

Testing & Deployment

  • Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
  • Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 6–10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM / Procurement consulting
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion SCM
  • Procurement and P2P processes
  • Proven experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, logistics, and inventory optimization
  • Understanding of integrations (APIs, interfaces) and data migration
  • Certifications in Oracle SCM / Procurement (preferred)
