SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team for onshore oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate must bring strong expertise in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detail Design phases, along with proven experience working on ADNOC projects. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with international standards, client specifications, and ADNOC requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and review electrical engineering deliverables during FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detail Design stages.
• Perform electrical system design including power distribution, lighting, grounding, cable sizing, load calculations, and protection systems.
• Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and requisitions for electrical equipment and systems.
• Review vendor documents, drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications and ADNOC standards.
• Provide technical support to procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure that designs are optimized for cost, constructability, safety, and reliability.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Conduct design reviews, technical studies, and participate in HAZOP/HAZID sessions.
• Liaise with ADNOC representatives and ensure adherence to company/client quality requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 12-15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering for onshore oil and gas projects.
• Strong experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detail Design.
• Proven track record of working on ADNOC projects.
• In-depth knowledge of international codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, etc.).
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
• Must be immediately available in the UAE.
