QA/QC ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER (ID & JOINERY)

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with project specifications, standards, and ISO 9001 requirements.

• Review and assess contractor submittals, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material approvals.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor architectural, interior, façade, joinery, and finishing work to verify compliance with quality standards.

• Identify non-conformances and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare and maintain accurate quality reports and documentation for all QA/QC activities.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective implementation of quality procedures.

• Support continual improvement of quality performance across the project.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture  
• Must have 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC within a design or supervision consultancy environment.
• Proven experience in architectural, interior design, façade, joinery, and finishing works.

• Knowledge of construction inspections, testing, and quality standards.

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
