PIPING DESIGNER (E3D)

We are seeking an experienced Piping Designer (E3D) to join our team for onshore oil & gas projects during the Engineering Phase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piping design, extensive hands-on expertise in AVEVA E3D, and the ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and prepare 3D piping models using AVEVA E3D for onshore oil & gas projects.
• Generate piping layout drawings, isometrics, and material take-offs.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation).
• Review vendor drawings and incorporate data into piping design models.
• Identify and resolve potential clashes in the 3D model.
• Support senior engineers in design reviews, constructability, and quality checks.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and models to meet project schedules.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in piping design for oil & gas projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with AVEVA E3D (mandatory).
• Proven experience working in the Engineering Phase (FEED & Detailed Design).
• Good knowledge of piping codes, standards, and practices in the oil & gas industry.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Immediate availability in Dubai is a must.
