OT/ICS CYBERSECURITY CONSULTANT (CORE TEAM MEMBER)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and skilled OT/ICS Cybersecurity Consultant to join our core team. The role will focus on developing and executing OT cybersecurity services, contributing to service catalogue design, workflow mapping, and delivery operating model assessments. The ideal candidate has 48 years of relevant experience and a strong background in both technical and business-facing aspects of cybersecurity services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design and delivery of OT/ICS cybersecurity services (SOC, vulnerability assessment, segmentation, incident response, compliance).
• Contribute to the service catalogue and assist in defining delivery and operating models.
• Map and document processes and workflows to support scalable delivery.
• Develop sales and proposal materials, including collateral, templates, and sector-specific narratives.
• Benchmark services against international standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF) and ensure compliance with regional frameworks (NCA, SAMA, NDMO, ZATCA).
• Assist in building pricing models and commercial toolkits to support business development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive service readiness and consistent execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-8 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or OT/ICS security services.
• Hands-on experience in service catalogue development, workflow mapping, or delivery models.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate them into business value.
• Experience in developing client-facing documentation and supporting sales initiatives.
• Knowledge of global and regional cybersecurity frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NCA, SAMA, NDMO, ZATCA).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
