SENIOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - ENVIRONMENT, SUSTAINABILITY IMPACT

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability and ESG Consultant with strong expertise in operative grants and environmental funds management. The role involves advising on sustainability strategy, impact measurement, and financing mechanisms for environmental and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and evaluate sustainability and ESG initiatives.
• Oversee operative grant and fund programs, ensuring alignment with environmental and social objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments, develop performance frameworks, and support sustainability reporting.
• Advise senior leadership on ESG strategies, policies, and funding priorities.
• Engage with government entities, development partners, and private sector stakeholders to drive sustainability outcomes.

• Bachelors degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG strategy, or impact measurement, preferably within government or international development programs.
• Strong knowledge of impact evaluation methodologies, sustainability finance, and international reporting standards (GRI, TCFD, SDGs, etc.).
• Proven experience in operative grants or fund management within environmental or sustainability programs.
