Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site BIM coordination for architectural and civil disciplines, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LOD requirements, and project standards.
  • Review and update BIM models based on site conditions, redlines, RFIs, and approved design changes.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution sessions using tools such as Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to align model data with actual site progress.
  • Produce and validate 2D shop drawings and details extracted from federated BIM models for architectural and civil works.
  • Lead weekly BIM coordination meetings on-site and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support construction sequencing, 4D simulation, and visualization as required.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure model accuracy and alignment with construction tolerances.
  • Track changes and manage revisions of models and drawings within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Mentor junior BIM technicians and support continuous improvement of BIM workflows on-site

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM coordination, with at least 2 years in a site-based role.
  • Previous experience working for an Engineering consultant will be an advantage.
  • Expert in Revit (Architecture and Structure), Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and sequencing of architectural and civil works.
  • Proficient in using cloud-based BIM collaboration platforms (BIM 360, ACC, etc.).

  • Knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.).

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
