QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies.
  • Proven experience in customizing ServiceNow modules and workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

ServiceNow certifications preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
  • Certified Application Developer / Implementation Specialist (desired)

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and later transition to on-site collaboration.
