Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the structural BIM team, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality control. Develop
- Develop and manage structural BIM models in Revit at LOD 400 and LOD 500 as required.
- Ensure accurate reinforcement modeling and detailing in compliance with design and construction documentation.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage and lead interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Establish, implement, and maintain BIM data structures aligned with COBie standards for asset information delivery
- Collaborate closely with architectural, MEP, and other discipline leads to ensure seamless project integration and model integrity.
- Support the extraction and review of shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and other deliverables generated from the BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project protocols
- Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in structural BIM modeling and coordination.
- Proven experience in leading BIM teams on medium to large-scale projects.
- Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit (Structural) and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing, construction methods, and structural practices.
- Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650, LOD definitions, and COBie standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and manage tight project deadlines.
