STRUCTURAL BIM MODELERS

Purpose of the Role:

• Create and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for structural components to ensure coordination among project stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models for structural elements using software like Revit, Tekla Structures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers to integrate structural models into project designs.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between structural elements and other building systems.
• Generate accurate construction documentation derived from BIM models.
• Ensure BIM models meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Manage revisions to reflect design changes and as-built conditions.
• Provide guidance on BIM processes and tools to project team members.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
