SR. STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings, layouts, sections, and shop drawings in compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intent and site conditions.
• Modify and revise drawings based on comments from consultants, engineers, or construction teams.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to local authority regulations, project standards, and company quality guidelines.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project closeout.
• Maintain organized documentation and manage revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Key Qualifications:


• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman in contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit or other drafting software is an advantage.
• Proven experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Solid knowledge of detailing, construction methods, civil/structural components, and drafting standards.
• Must be currently currently residing in the UAE.
• Immediately available candidates are preferred.
