PQCS (ARAMCO APPROVED)

Project Quality Control Supervisor (PQCS) will oversee and enforce quality assurance and control measures on all civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works related to the stadium construction. The PQCS ensures compliance with project specifications, international standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements in coordination with the QA/QC Manager.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits across various construction disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, and finishes).

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure all inspections and testing requirements are met.

• Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.

• Supervise and document site quality control activities, including concrete works, steel erection, waterproofing, façade works, stadium seating systems, MEP systems, etc.

• Ensure non-conformance reports (NCRs) are raised, tracked, and closed out with proper corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor laboratory testing, ensure test reports are accurate and compliant.

• Assist in handover documentation, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and quality dossiers.

• Liaise with the Safety, Planning, and Construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, IRCA Lead Auditor) is a plus.

• Familiarity with FIFA, AFC, or Olympic stadium standards is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of international codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, ASHRAE, etc.).

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software (e.g., Aconex, Procore).

• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.

• Good communication skills to interact with multi-disciplinary teams.
