Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes and strategies across all project phases.
  • Oversee the coordination of multi-disciplinary BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project BIM protocols, and digital workflows aligned with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, design consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of BIM processes.
  • Manage and support a team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers, providing training, mentoring, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct BIM model reviews, clash detection, and resolution using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant platforms.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver BIM deliverables on time and to the required standard.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices to continually improve internal processes.
  • Ensure full coordination of MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines.
  • Prepare and present BIM progress reports and model health audits to management and clients.

  • Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Civil/Architecture can also be considered)
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in BIM management with proven track record in UAE/GCC contracting firms.
    • Strong background in MEP disciplines; experience in other disciplines will also be considered.
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 19650 BIM standards and its practical application in live projects.
    • Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and other BIM tools/platforms.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Must be available to join within 2 weeks.
