About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BIM Architect (Fresher) to join our dynamic BIM Architecture team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital design technologies to kickstart their career in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Support project teams in preparing construction drawings, documentation, and 3D visualizations.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards and documentation.
• Work under the supervision of senior architects and BIM coordinators.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in architecture (B. Arch).
• Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles and construction detailing.
• Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools will be an add-on.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the BIM environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in BIM.
• Internship or academic projects involving BIM/Revit.
