We are seeking a qualified and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to support the execution of digital governance and technical project management tasks on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, project execution, and governance frameworks like COBIT, along with a PMP certification and the ability to deliver high-quality project reports and presentations. Arabic fluency is essential for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of works and services in project management at the project location, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support and execute tasks related to digital governance in alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise progress reports, presentations, and documentation on the project lifecycle.
- Apply project management best practices and methodologies to guide technical project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Promote and uphold digital transformation standards and governance frameworks within the organization.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project presentation and reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience with COBIT and digital governance practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Mandatory.
