JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Change Management Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with the program's goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance factors and proactively address them.
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate change management processes into project plans.
  • Document the change management strategy and all its building blocks and components into change management plan documents.

2. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Create and execute effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of changes.
  • Develop strategies to keep the customer's employees and stakeholders at all levels engaged, ensuring their understanding and support for change initiatives.
  • Put in place strategies to foster a positive and collaborative work environment during periods of change.

3. Training and Development:

  • Work with partners and customers to identify the support and resources needed to facilitate a smooth transition towards the target state.
  • Work with partners and customers to design and implement training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills for the new processes and systems.

4. Measurement and Sustainability:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to gauge the impact of change on customer's employees and organization.

5. Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to change management teams, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A proven experience as a Change Management Lead on large scale Digital Transformation programs or similar programs
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience working with government entities in the UAE (preferably) or the region.
  • Experience in organizing major events involving high profile stakeholders and a large number of employees using the latest innovations in this domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English)
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and inspire others.
