Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed and accurate BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical using Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD, in accordance with project design inputs and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure integrated, coordinated, and clash-free multidisciplinary models.
  • Produce high-quality design drawings, shop drawings, sections, and schedules directly from BIM models in compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and internal BIM standards and workflows across projects.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings and assist in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Update BIM models in accordance with design revisions, RFIs, and stakeholder feedback throughout all project stagesfrom concept through construction documentation.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of BIM outputs for design approvals, authority submissions, and tender packages.

  • Key Qualificartions:

    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in BIM engineering within design consultancy firms in the UAE/GCC region.
    • Demonstrated experience working on major UAE projects such as airports, hospitals, high-rise towers, or infrastructure developments.
    • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for model development and coordination.
    • Strong knowledge of UAE authority standards and regulations (e.g., DM, DEWA, DCD).
    • Solid understanding of MEP design principles and multidisciplinary BIM workflows.
    • Excellent coordination, communication, and teamwork capabilities.
    • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
