We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting for various IT roles across different levels, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals. The Senior IT Recruiter will play a critical role in building and maintaining a talented team that drives our company's success.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business development managers and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions including but not limited to project managers, solution architects, software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and cybersecurity professionals.

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other channels to attract top IT talent.

Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Provide guidance and support to business development managers and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview training and feedback.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent to the organization.

Collaborate with HR, business development managers and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals across various domains and technologies.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is preferred.
