Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise Prime Ministerial Offices, Ministerial Cabinets, and Sovereign Entities on national strategy, public policy design, and governance transformation.
  • Lead the development of national economic, social, and governance reform agendas in collaboration with heads of state and senior ministers.
  • Design and deliver public leadership academies and strategic capacity-building programs for future government leaders.
  • Manage and grow public sector strategy advisory practices, ensuring excellence in service delivery, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop policy frameworks for GCC governments and other sovereign clients, integrating global best practices with local priorities.
  • Represent the organization at high-level global platforms (e.g., World Economic Forum, OECD Summits) as a recognized thought leader in public policy and governance.
  • Publish thought leadership in globally recognized journals, books, and policy forums to elevate the organizations intellectual presence.
  • Build strategic alliances with international institutions, think tanks, and public administration institutes.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Hold a PhD in Engineering, Policy, or Economics from a top-tier institution
  • Have served as Strategy Advisor to a Prime Ministers Office or equivalent high-level government post
  • Have led public sector strategy practices at top tier consulting firms such as Bain and PwC
  • Have advised on policy design for at least two GCC governments
  • Be a recognized public policy thought leader (e.g., WEF Young Global Leader, published author)
  • Have led a government academy or public leadership development initiative
