Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management activities using a structured methodology.
  • Provide knowledge and experience of change management principles, management principles, methodologies, and tools, offering upskilling, training, and coaching to colleagues where applicable.
  • Develop and implement the Change Management Strategy and journey. Ensure it aligns with the business, program, and project objectives, regularly obtaining input and feedback from stakeholders across the business and supports adoption of new systems and controls by the business.
  • Assess change readiness and ensure global representation in project activity to drive user adoption and increased efficiency improvements.
  • Coach and develop senior leaders to lift capability and understanding of transformation and change management including business readiness "best practice" across the organization
  • Coach business-aligned country change managers to develop and execute effective change plans for their area of responsibility
  • Identify change management risks and mitigation strategies and manage to closure.
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Support training efforts by working with the Training Manager to ensure training requirements are identified and documented and supporting the design and delivery of training.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing and driving change management principles, methodologies, planning and tools
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Keeping calm, adapting, and responding to change and events which are inevitable in an operational business
  • Positive outlook and optimistic disposition
  • Understand the needs of our internal and external customers, handling situations in a sensitive way with effective communication skills
  • Strong business skills and understanding of organizational challenges
  • Demonstrable negotiation experience
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills across a whole business, from data processing up to C-suite
  • Familiar with project life cycles
