BUSINESS SOLUTIONS DESIGNER (CBAP)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business process analysis and documentation within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management tools, strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a proven track record in regulatory domains such as Health Insurance. Certification in business analysis is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes using flowcharts, diagrams, and standardized modeling techniques such as BPMN.
• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Create and manage user stories, use cases, and business requirements documentation.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio to track and communicate requirements, progress, and issues.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather detailed requirements.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
• Support testing and validation processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across project lifecycles in regulatory environments.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in BPMN and other process modeling tools.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and related tools.
• Ability to write clear, structured, and actionable user stories and use cases.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is required.
• CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in the Health Insurance or regulatory sectors is highly desirable.
