MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at construction sites, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Review HVAC system designs, shop drawings, coordination layouts, and material submittals for technical accuracy and constructability.

• Monitor and manage day-to-day site activities related to HVAC execution, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

• Coordinate with other MEP disciplines and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Conduct site inspections, system performance testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water systems, ventilation, and controls.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs, method statements, material take-offs, progress reports, and snag lists.

• Li

  aise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution in accordance withproject milestones.

• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations such as DEWA, DM, ADDC.



Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC systems within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system components and construction methodologies.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with local authority regulations, codes, and standards.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate deployment.
