About the job LEAD PLANNER
Key Responsibilities :
- The role of the planning specialist is to work with the project stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are defined.
- The planner provides clarity on key milestones to define what, when and how activities will be organised to ensure the outcomes of the project can be achieved.
- They provide leadership on all aspects of project planning, which will include the development, updating and monitoring of plans and schedules.
- They identify tasks, activities, interdependencies and outputs for the project and work with the project team to track and monitor progress against the plan throughout the life of the project.
- Process, review, monitor and track Contractors & PMCs invoices as well as ensuring availability of sufficient budget under related CRPOs prior of processing invoices and raise concern/flag for any overrun/ underrun status.
Key Qualifications :
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working within the industry in related projects.
- Proven track record of experience as a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management and staff
- Team player with the ability to lead and motivate a multinational, multi-dimensional organization.
- English proficiency
- Computer skills Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, Primavera P6, @Risk, TILOS, PowerBI
- Previous Experience in KSA
- Preferable five (5) years of management experience in the GCC.
- Additional certification in APM is an advantage.
- Additional training in Health and Safety
