About the job CIVIL 3D MODELERS (UTILITIES)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed 3D civil infrastructure models using Autodesk Civil 3D.

Create and update LOD 400 and LOD 500 models for utility networks including wet utilities (water, sewer, stormwater) and dry utilities (electric, telecom, gas).

Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and design validation.

Interpret and model based on civil engineering drawings, survey data, and topographic information.

Support the generation of construction documents, plan profiles, sections, and detail sheets.

Maintain model quality control, adhere to BIM standards, and document modeling workflows.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and BIM leads.

Ensure data and model compliance with project-specific and client-specific BIM execution plans.
Key Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.

3+ of hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.

Proficiency with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.

Proven experience in wet and dry utility modeling.

Strong knowledge and practical experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling standards.

Familiarity with BIM documentation standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192 is a plus).

Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
