CIVIL 3D MODELERS (UTILITIES)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D civil infrastructure models using Autodesk Civil 3D.

• Create and update LOD 400 and LOD 500 models for utility networks including wet utilities (water, sewer, stormwater) and dry utilities (electric, telecom, gas).

• Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and design validation.

• Interpret and model based on civil engineering drawings, survey data, and topographic information.

• Support the generation of construction documents, plan profiles, sections, and detail sheets.

• Maintain model quality control, adhere to BIM standards, and document modeling workflows.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and BIM leads.

• Ensure data and model compliance with project-specific and client-specific BIM execution plans.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.

• 3+ of hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.

• Proficiency with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.

• Proven experience in wet and dry utility modeling.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling standards.

• Familiarity with BIM documentation standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192 is a plus).

• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.

• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
