Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of MEP works on construction projects from initiation to handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Review MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project and local authority standards.
  • Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Supervise site execution and ensure that all MEP activities adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Manage procurement schedules for MEP systems and materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and lead project progress meetings.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, variation orders, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety protocols.


  • Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project management, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, DEWA, ADDC, and other local authority requirements.
    • Proven experience in managing MEP works for high-rise buildings, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
    • Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.PMP certification is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
    • Must be currently residing in the UAE.
    • Must be available to join immediately.
