Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of MEP works on construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Review MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project and local authority standards.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Supervise site execution and ensure that all MEP activities adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Manage procurement schedules for MEP systems and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and lead project progress meetings.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, variation orders, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety protocols.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project management, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, DEWA, ADDC, and other local authority requirements.
- Proven experience in managing MEP works for high-rise buildings, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.PMP certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Must be available to join immediately.
