Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the sales process, including sales forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis. They will work closely with sales leadership to ensure that the sales team is operating efficiently and effectively. The Sales Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing the company's CRM system and other sales-related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies, processes, and policies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting and planning models to ensure accurate sales projections and resource allocation.
  • Manage and optimize the company's CRM system, including data quality, reporting, training and user adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to track progress against goals and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and flow of information.
  • Manage sales operations team members, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor Contracts, Agreements, Purchase Orders are up to date and saved in dedicated folders, shared with other key team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales-related technologies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
