DATA MIGRATION

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on data migration and integration projects.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics CRM, Salesforce) and CRM-to-CRM migration processes.
• Strong proficiency in data lake architecture, technologies, and best practices (e.g., Hadoop, Apache Spark, AWS S3).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
