Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong network in BIM, digital engineering, and construction roles across the GCC region. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the urgency of client deliverables, and has the ability to strategically negotiate and close talent quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and digital construction roles (e.g., BIM Modelers, Coordinators, Engineers) for UAE, KSA, Qatar, and other GCC clients.
  • Maintain and expand a strong candidate pipeline across digital engineering, BIM, and construction sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-demand talent through active sourcing, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers aligned with client budgets while meeting candidate expectations.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, internal ATS, and targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality candidate submissions, often under tight client deadlines.
  • Maintain updated records of candidate interactions, submissions, and hiring status in internal trackers/ATS.
  • Stay current with GCC labor laws, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends in the engineering and construction space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting focused on the GCC market.
  • Proven success in hiring for BIM, MEP, civil, architecture, and digital engineering positions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates within tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with GCC visa processes, notice periods, and onboarding practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukrigulf, GulfTalent, and internal ATS.
