SERVER SPECIALIST (VMWARE)

We are seeking a highly skilled Server Specialist with deep expertise in VMware technologies to manage, support, and optimize virtualized server and storage environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience in virtualization and infrastructure, along with a relevant bachelors degree and VMware certifications. Fluency in Arabic is required for seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support server and storage infrastructure with a focus on VMware virtualization technologies.
• Implement, configure, and maintain virtualized environments, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot virtualization issues, ensuring business continuity and minimal downtime.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and upgrades aligned with IT security policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure for various business applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in server, storage, and VMware-based virtualization environments.
• VMware certification (VCP or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization best practices and performance tuning.
• Experience in infrastructure troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
