STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise and practical construction knowledge to develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions for a variety of building projects. Your hands-on experience on construction sites will be invaluable in ensuring designs translate seamlessly from concept to completion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Detailed structural design of public infrastructure-related buildings/structures.
• Produce design drawings and calculations reports.
• Prepare clear and concise construction drawings and specifications for structural components.
• Perform structural calculations to determine loads, stresses, and deflections on building elements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering and 3+ years of related work experience. Work experience must be related to HANDS-ON DESIGN of structures.
• Intimate knowledge of the following software:
• SAP2000
• Structural Bridge Design (Auto Desk)
• AutoCAD
• Bentley RAM connections/elements
• Intimate knowledge of following design codes
• Ashghal IAN048 and other structural design related Interim Advice Notes
• Eurocode
• MUST be immediately available and based in QATAR

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Masters Degree in Structural Engineering is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Revit software.
