  • Translate business requirements into CRM business solutions, leverage CRM workflow technology to automate business processes Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques
  • CRM Configuration: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the needs of the business, including designing and implementing workflows, forms, entities, and views.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity by defining data migration and integration strategies, data cleansing, and data validation rules within the CRM system.
  • System Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate CRM system changes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and address any issues that arise during testing.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on CRM functionalities, ensuring proper adoption of the system.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into business performance and customer interactions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest CRM trends, best practices, and Microsoft Dynamics updates to identify opportunities for system improvement.
  • Develop communication plans, training materials, and workshops to educate stakeholders and promote buy-in for proposed changes.
