Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily on-site inspections of architectural and civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Verify construction activities and materials used align with project documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and report any non-conformities, defects, or quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, daily site logs, and photographic records.

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

  • Participate in site meetings, inspections, and testing of materials and installations.

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

  • Support project handover by verifying that works are completed in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide technical advice and ensure the implementation of architectural best practices.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in hospitality (5-star hotels), high-rise residential, or villa development projects.
  • Proven experience working in consultancy firms with strong understanding of design review and compliance processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of international and local building codes, architectural principles, and construction techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. Building Inspector, LEED AP) are an advantage.
