ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate BIM models for electrical systems, focusing on lighting and façade coordination.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical) to ensure clash-free and fully integrated models.
• Update and maintain Revit models throughout all project stages.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation in compliance with project and company BIM standards.
• Support the design team with model reviews, quantity take-offs, and revisions as required.
• Ensure adherence to UAE/GCC codes and client specifications.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Must have 3-5 years of bim modeling experience
• Relevant experience in lighting and façade coordination within a Revit environment.
• Proven experience working on UAE/GCC projects (design consultancy experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
• Good understanding of BIM execution plans and modeling workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
